Prices, shipping costs and delivery information

The prices stated on the product pages include statutory value-added tax and other price components.

 

The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

The regular delivery time is currently 5 to 7 working days. Deviating delivery times can be found in the respective product information.

Returns

From the time of delivery, you have 14 days to return items. Only unused, sealed goods with original tags can be returned.

Shipping costs are not refunded.
